PRICES: All prices are net in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
MEALS: All packages include an American breakfast, and the meals which are specified in each program
OUR PRICES INCLUDE: All services, excursions and entrance fees mentioned in the programs, specialized guides and private land transportation except where indicated that they are not included
OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Personal expenses, tips, airport departure tax, National Park taxes, excess baggage charges, or any other additional expenses not specified in the program.
HOTELS: All packages include accommodations in double rooms with private bath
PAYMENTS: Payment in advance is required at the equivalent of 50% of the total price when making the reservation. The balance is to be paid 60 days before the passengers arrival, unless other arrangements have been made beforehand. If the requested program includes Galapagos, these services will be invoiced separately and will have its own payment conditions (see General Conditions Galapagos services further down). PASSENGER LIST: The passenger list must be received at least 30 days before the arrival of the group.
CANCELLATIONS: We do not charge for cancellations. However, the operators of Galapagos services, autoferros, trains, jungle programs and some hotels do charge, and in these cases, we bill these charges to the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES: ZENITH TRAVEL CIA LTDA. reserves the right to modify or cancel any program within a tour when it is considered necessary for the benefit of the client. We also reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a participant in a tour, who might compromise the comfort or safety of other participants.
GALAPAGOS CONDITIONS
PRICES: Prices are per person, in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: Once your arrangements are confirmed, we need your full names, passport numbers, date of birth and nationality. Also a payment of the 50% of the total amount, per person deposit is required for your booking. Once we receive the deposit we will send you the invoice. Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
PAYMENT MAY BE MADE BY:
For individuals: Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
For Groups: 60 days prior to the departure date, a second deposit of 50% of the total amount due. 30 days prior to the departure date the remaining balance is due to complete the total payment for the cruise.
CANCELLATIONS: Up to 60 days prior to departure, total amount paid will be refunded in full, except for USD 250 per person service charge. From 59 to 45 days prior to departure, 50% of the total cruise rate will be forfeited; 45 or less days before the day of departure, the total tour rate is forfeited.
CHILDREN: No children under 7 years of age, except under special pre-arranged conditions. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 8 will have 50 % discount. Children 8 to 11 years old will receive a 20% discount as well.
ZENITH TRAVEL Cia. Ltda. acts exclusively as agent with legal limitations which, having exercised all possible precautions, is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, additional costs, delays or any other irregularities which may be caused either by voluntary acts or omissions or by the negligence of companies or individuals who provide transportation, accommodation or any other service related to the program, due to unforeseen circumstances or any other factor outside its control.
